Day of coordination consists in tying loose ends but couple has handled all details. Begins 1 week prior to event. Coordinator will oversee day of activities, attend rehearsal, follow timeline provided by bride, oversee setup and breakdown. 

-1 hour rehearsal coordination

-8 hours of day of coordination

Best for couples who want an extra set of hands to achieve their vision. They would like assistance with specific day of set up. Begins 6-8 weeks before your event. Coordinator will assist in building the itinerary/timeline, confirm all vendors, greet vendors on the day of event. Coordinator will attend final walk thru meeting. Includes everything in Day Of Coordination Package. 

-Rehearsal Coordination

-Assistant Coordinator for 4 hours

-10 hours of  day of coordination. 

We will cut the cake so you don't have to pay for this service. 

Coordinator will have a wedding day kit/bag available for bride, groom and bridal party to use. Don't worry about packing, lint roller, Band-Aids, safety pins and other items. 

Have DIY décor that needs to be set up? We can help with setting up your sign in table, cake table, and centerpieces.  We will also pack up your cake, gifts and other items for your family to take.
